Donations:

Donations keep us going at Dimitri House and we accept all types enthusiastically! Of course, we need financial support on an ongoing basis. Donations may be made directly to Dimitri House, Inc with a personal check or money order. For cash donations, we ask that you stop by........this way we can have a visit, too! Inquire with your place of employment to see if they have a 'matching gifts' program or perhaps remember us in your will. There are many ways to support Dimitri House and for all donations, we are grateful.

For our emergency food cupboard, we accept any type of non-perishable food (soup, tuna, peanutbutter, jelly, veggies, fruit, meat, bean products, tomato products, pasta, rice, jello, pudding, cereal, fruit juice. We also accept baby diapers and formula.

For our drop-in program, we accept any type of crackers, peanut butter, jelly, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sweetened powdered drinks such as iced tea, kool-aid or lemonade. We receive many requests for hygiene products such as women's feminine products, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, foot powder, body lotion, shampoo and razors. For office use, we accept postage stamps, copy paper, pens, pencils and folders. Donations of paper products are also of great help: paper plates, plastic silverware, napkins, paper towers, toilet tissue.

For our men's shelter we need laundry soap, new or gently used underwear, socks, t-shirts and long underwear.
